Change is possible,
start your journey towards healing.
Anxiety, stress, depression, eating disorders, and addiction are challenges most of us will face at some point in our lives. You don’t have to face them alone.
Counselling and psychotherapy offers a safe, supportive space to better understand yourself, uncover what’s driving your thoughts and behaviours, and develop the tools needed to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
What to expect & how counselling helps.
We’ll begin with a brief intake session to cover the basics, and then we’ll explore what has brought you to counselling. People seek therapy because there is something they would like to change, understand, or learn how to cope with. This might involve past trauma, the loss of someone important, difficulties in your relationship with food, or feeling overwhelmed by work or daily life. Whatever the reason, you will be met without judgement. I will listen, accept you as you are, and do my best to help you feel comfortable and supported.
As you begin to share your story and give voice to your concerns—often over the first few sessions—I will work alongside you as a guide. Together, we will focus on helping you move towards where you want to be, rebuilding trust in yourself, and developing a strong foundation of confidence and self-awareness that can support you through future challenges.
The length of the counselling process varies from person to person and depends on many factors. My aim is always to help you let go of what is holding you back so you can move forward and live a more fulfilling life.
It’s completely natural to feel nervous or anxious about attending therapy, particularly before your first session. If you have any questions or concerns beforehand, you are very welcome to get in touch.
